Project Overview
- Kerala Yoga Academy proposes a series of workshops, training programs, and residential/non-residential wellness camps focusing on preventive healthcare, nutrition awareness, physical fitness, mental well-being, and lifestyle correction. The project integrates traditional yoga science with modern nutrition, physiotherapy principles, and mental health practices, tailored for children, youth, adults, seniors, and special groups.
Objectives of the Project
